FAQs
How long is a session and how long does treatment take?
A standard therapy session is 50-minutes; although, I do work with some clients for 75-minute sessions on an as needed basis.
Duration of treatment is very personal to the past experiences, presenting symptoms, and therapeutic goals each client; therefore, this question is best addressed during a phone consultation or initial in-office session so that we can determine the best course of action for you.
Do you take insurance?
While I do not accept insurance, I am happy to provide you with invoices for services rendered, fill-out the therapist portion of any related forms, and proved whatever assistance I can in helping you receive the insurance benefits to which you are entitled; however, you will still remain responsible for full payment of fees at time of service.

How do I know if you are the right therapist for me?
The therapeutic relationship is like no other and, according to all indicators, the degree to which clients feel comfortable, connected, and part of a team with their therapist determines how effective therapy will be. To help with this process, I generally conduct an initial phone consultation in which we can begin to get to know one another and determine if an initial session is appropriate.
